Is the result legally binding or legal advice?
No. It is non-binding technical orientation based on your answers. It is not legal advice, a legally binding classification, or a conformity assessment.
What does no specific trigger identified mean?
Only that your answers did not activate a screened review trigger. It is not evidence of compliance and does not exclude other or sectoral requirements.
Are rule-based systems automatically excluded?
No. The AI-system definition does not turn on learning versus rule-based operation. Logic-based, knowledge-based, search and expert-system methods may also be covered.
How are the Omnibus dates presented?
As at 17 July 2026, the signed Digital Omnibus text has not been published in the Official Journal and is not yet in force. Its amendments are therefore marked as envisaged. Entry into force and application are stated separately.
