The website is hosted on a server operated by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. The server is managed by us. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of the website).

The server logs technically necessary access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent). These logs are required for error analysis and security and do not contain form content. They are deleted after no more than 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

For inquiries by email we use Proton Mail (Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland). The transmitted content is used exclusively to process the inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR. Proton is subject to Swiss data protection law, which provides an adequate level of protection.

This website uses one technically necessary cookie plus one localStorage and one sessionStorage entry: augmentry_locale: stores your selected language (German/English). augmentry_privacy_notice_dismissed: records in localStorage without its own expiry date that you manually dismissed the privacy notice by clicking Close. This prevents the notice from being shown again. The entry remains until the browser data is cleared. augmentry_privacy_notice_auto_dismissed: records in sessionStorage that the privacy notice was dismissed automatically after you scrolled through 50 percent of the page. The entry applies only to the current browser session. The three entries contain no personal data and are not shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

We use Plausible Analytics, a service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, for privacy-friendly measurement of page views. Plausible operates without cookies, does not use persistent identifiers and does not store full IP addresses. Reporting is aggregated so that we can understand which pages are visited and which content is useful. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

The inquiry form collects the data you enter (name, business email address, company, role, request type, context and optional phone number as well as further technical information depending on the request). Providing a phone number is voluntary. The privacy checkbox is mandatory. The data is transmitted via SMTP to our Proton Mail mailbox and is not stored in the application. In addition, a start timestamp is collected to detect automated spam submissions. An invisible honeypot field is used as technical protection against bots. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against misuse).

This website uses the fonts Fraunces, Spline Sans and JetBrains Mono. The fonts are served locally from the server (self-hosting). No data is transmitted to external font providers.

You have the right to obtain information, rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
