2. 02 Documented practices for tool use, context preparation, data boundaries and reviews, developed by the team itself.
3. 03 A prioritised plan for the following weeks: what the team will test, develop further or deliberately stop pursuing.

How we work together

1. 1. Before the training, we clarify team size, experience, current tools and typical tasks. This allows us to adapt the training to your actual codebase and working practices.
2. 2. The team works through realistic engineering tasks: preparing context, directing coding agents, reviewing changes and assessing results.
3. 3. At the end of the training, the team documents its own practices for tool use, context and reviews, then plans the next steps for the following weeks.

Scope and limitations

• We agree in advance which tools and development tasks the training covers. The practices can be applied with different coding agents.
• We use only tasks and data your team has approved for the training. For confidential code, we agree on a suitable practice environment.
• We agree on clear criteria for evaluating the training. Your team still needs to review the results before using them in production.
